Although only printed in 2015, this book is somewhat out of date. His ideal layout of a C.V. includes marital status, date of birth, next of kin, health, religion all inappropriate for the C.V.; or perhaps appropriate for someone who wants to then complain about discrimination after not making it through the shortlisting process!

In fairness, there were some good tips on how to keep the C.V. short, and some lovely examples of cover letters.

I feel bad leaving a bad review for someone local to us, but if you want to write a good C.V. look for another book.
